4. Prohibited Use

• Running unauthorized or unlawful crawls
• Abusing, overloading, or disrupting the platform
• Uploading malicious scripts, payloads, or harmful content

5. Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly. Trial terms and plan limits are shown in-product or on the pricing page.

6. Intellectual Property

The platform design, software, and brand assets belong to SEOctopus. You retain rights to your own submitted data.

7. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on a best-effort basis and is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free. Our liability for indirect damages is limited.
